Our Services Historical Analysis - $295 The historical analysis consists of a comparison the previous 4 years of income statements and balance sheets. This is the starting point. We compare the changes in individual line items year-over-year to help you understand the trends. For example, rising labor costs as a percentage of sales would be a key indicator of loss of profit, and thus would need to be improved. Once you understand how these individual items are affecting your profits, improvements can be made immediately. When your historical analysis is complete, you will receive the following: A. 4 Year side by side comparison and analysis of both income statements and balance sheets. B. A comparison of your individual line items with those of your peers in your region of the country. C. An easy to understand written report that explains the results and any recommendations. ____________________________________________________ Monthly Reports - $145 Per Month After your historical analysis is complete, you may choose to receive monthly reports. With this program, we will provide a monthly performance comparison to detect changes in the business. This is the best way to correct a problem before it becomes unmanageable. Every monthly report includes: A. An item by item comparison from the previous month, and a comparison with the previous year if the data is available. B. A written report that explains the results and any recommendations. C. Alerts about future changes in your business and in your specific industry. These include customer spending trends and future price changes in your industry. Receivables and Collections A lot of small businesses are struggling with customers that are not paying their bills. A $3,000 unpaid receivable is $3,000 in lost profit! Ask us about a unique approach to recovering that money. ____________________________________________________ Why use a consultant? Small business owners are required to "wear many hats" each day. A restaurant owner may be great chef, a wonderful host, or a great bartender. It is difficult to be all those and a financial analyst at the same time. But, all of these (and more) are required to be profitable. Our role is to provide you with expert but understandable financial analysis. This will help you manage your business more effectively and concentrate on other day to day operations. Have you ever considered what 1% really is? Yes, it is 1 penny for every dollar. Most people won’t even bother to pick up a penny off the ground. But as business owners 1% in a $1 Million business is $10,000! A 5% profit improvement is $50,000 per year! Imagine what an extra $1,000 to $5000 per month would mean for you. Your investment in our services will be returned many times over. BACK TO THE TOP OF THE PAGE^ |
